Job Description
The project comprises the total transformation of floors one to four into 50 high specification and distinctively designed apartments. An additional lightweight contemporary penthouse floor will be constructed on the roof of the existing building to provide a further seven spacious apartments, each with their own roof terrace. This extension is designed to achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 rating. Remaining floors will be remodelled as office/commercial and Gym space. Scope consisting of internal breakout and forming of opening’s including all associated temporary works, Brick working infill and blockwork partition fire walls, external brickwork, lintel & stone repairs repointing and cleaning.
