More than 4500 sq m of commercial space will also be made available at ground floor level, through refurbishment. The £43.6m scheme is Bouygues UK’s second major housing scheme with L&Q in Lewisham. Our Package consists of refurbishment of existing buildings and brickwork cladding to 4 New build RC frames, using 3 Different brick types and mortar.
